問(wèn)：據(jù)報(bào)道，今天，文在寅總統(tǒng)派遣特使團(tuán)訪問(wèn)朝鮮，此舉是為了改善南北關(guān)系，為朝美就半島核問(wèn)題對(duì)話營(yíng)造氛圍。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論?

Q: According to reports, ROK President Moon Jae-in today sent a special delegation to visit the DPRK, which aims to improve the DPRK-ROK relations and create enabling atmosphere for the dialogue between the DPRK and the US on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue. What is your comment?

答：近期，朝韓雙方以平昌冬奧會(huì)為契機(jī)積極開(kāi)展對(duì)話互動(dòng)，半島緊張局勢(shì)迎來(lái)難得的緩和勢(shì)頭。中方對(duì)此表示歡迎和支持，我們已多次就此表態(tài)。

A: Recently, the DPRK and the ROK have taken the opportunity of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics to actively conduct dialogue and interactions and there has been a hard-won momentum of amelioration for the tension on the Korean Peninsula. China welcomes and supports this, and we have made clear our stance multiple times.

今天，韓方派特使團(tuán)訪朝，同朝方就有關(guān)問(wèn)題交換意見(jiàn)。中方認(rèn)為這是一件好事，期待訪問(wèn)取得積極成果。

The ROK today sent a special delegation to the DPRK to exchange views on relevant issues. China believes that this is good news and hopes to see positive outcomes of this visit.

我們希望各方都能以半島和平穩(wěn)定大局為重，相向而行，把以平昌冬奧會(huì)為契機(jī)帶來(lái)的對(duì)話延續(xù)到不間斷的對(duì)話，把朝韓之間的互動(dòng)擴(kuò)大到各方包括朝美之間的互動(dòng)，把南北改善關(guān)系的努力擴(kuò)展到為實(shí)現(xiàn)半島無(wú)核化和半島持久和平的共同努力。中方也愿為此發(fā)揮積極作用。

We hope that all relevant parties will bear in mind the peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and work for the shared goal so that the dialogue during the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games could continue as a regular one and the DPRK-ROK interactions could bring about the ones between all relevant parties, especially between the DPRK and the US, and that the efforts to improve the DPRK-ROK relations could lead to the concerted ones that will realize the denuclearization and achieve the lasting peace of the Peninsula. China stands ready to play a positive role to this end.

問(wèn)：據(jù)報(bào)道，德國(guó)社民黨4日宣布，該黨66%黨員投票支持與默克爾領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的聯(lián)盟黨組成大聯(lián)合政府。報(bào)道稱，這為德國(guó)重現(xiàn)2013年以來(lái)的大聯(lián)合政府掃清障礙，結(jié)束德國(guó)5個(gè)多月以來(lái)不確定狀態(tài)。默克爾有望于3月中旬開(kāi)始第四個(gè)總理任期。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論?

Q: According to reports, Germany's Social Democratic Party said on March 4 that 66% of its members have voted in favor of joining a grand coalition with the Christian Democratic Union of Germany led by Angela Merkel. Reports say that this has cleared the way for a re-run of the grand coalition that has governed Germany since 2013 and ended a five-month uncertainty in Germany. Angela Merkel is expected to begin her fourth term by mid-March. What is your comment on this?

答：中方注意到有關(guān)報(bào)道。德國(guó)是歐洲重要大國(guó)，也是中國(guó)在歐洲的全方位戰(zhàn)略伙伴。近年來(lái)，中德關(guān)系發(fā)展良好，深化中德在各領(lǐng)域的合作是兩國(guó)政府和各界的普遍共識(shí)。中方高度重視發(fā)展同德方的關(guān)系，期待同德國(guó)新一屆政府一道，本著相互尊重、互利共贏的原則，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)中德全方位戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系在高水平保持穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。

A: China has noted relevant reports. Germany is an important European country and China's comprehensive strategic partner in Europe. Recent years have witnessed sound development of China-Germany relations and there is widespread consensus on deepening across-the-board cooperation between the two governments and various sectors of the two countries. China highly values its relations with Germany and looks forward to working with the new German administration to continuously advance the steady development of China-Germany comprehensive strategic partnership at a high level under the principle of mutual respect and mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

問(wèn)：根據(jù)出口民調(diào)，五星運(yùn)動(dòng)是此次意大利議會(huì)選舉得票最多的單一政黨，中右聯(lián)盟得票率最高。中方對(duì)選舉有何評(píng)論?是否擔(dān)憂意政局可能出現(xiàn)不穩(wěn)定或民粹主義興起的危險(xiǎn)?

Q: According to the exit polls, the 5-Star Movement in Italy was the biggest single party, and the center-right alliance won the most votes. What is your comment on the election? Is China concerned about the danger of instability or populism in Italy?

答：我們注意到意大利大選有關(guān)情況。中意兩國(guó)傳統(tǒng)友好，互為全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴，建交48年來(lái)，雙邊關(guān)系始終保持健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。中方高度重視發(fā)展同意大利的關(guān)系，愿與意方共同努力，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)友好與合作不斷取得新進(jìn)展。

A: We have noted the relevant information about the Italian general election. China and Italy enjoy traditional friendship and are each other's comprehensive strategic partners. During the past forty-eight years since the establishment of diplomatic ties, our bilateral relations have enjoyed sound and steady growth. China attaches high importance to its relations with Italy and we are willing to join hands with the Italian side to move forward bilateral friendship and cooperation.
