要說(shuō)教2-5歲的孩子很像訓(xùn)練寵物好像不大中肯,但事實(shí)就是這樣。你要管教他們。也就是說(shuō),當(dāng)他們做得對(duì)時(shí),要予以表?yè)P(yáng);做得不對(duì)時(shí),要進(jìn)行糾正。對(duì)于那些做對(duì)的孩子,我會(huì)與他們擊掌,發(fā)給他們貼紙,而對(duì)于學(xué)得比較慢的孩子,則另花時(shí)間一對(duì)一地教。如果他們亂動(dòng),挖鼻孔,與其他孩子說(shuō)話等等,我就會(huì)采取些措施,如讓他們拿著自己的椅子站上幾分鐘(我前面提到過(guò)椅子對(duì)于他們來(lái)說(shuō)是何等的重要)。
It sounds disingenuous to say but the truth is that teaching two, three, four and five year olds is a lot like training a pet. They need to be disciplined. This involves praise when behavior is in accord with what is desired and correction when it is not. I give out plenty of high-fives and stickers when kids get it right and take extra time one-on-one with the slower kids. When the children start to mess around, pick their nose, talk to other kids, etc. I will do something like make them stand in the place and take their chair for a few minutes (As I saidbefore how the chair is of great importance to the kids).
