要說教2-5歲的孩子很像訓(xùn)練寵物好像不大中肯，但事實(shí)就是這樣。你要管教他們。也就是說，當(dāng)他們做得對時(shí)，要予以表揚(yáng);做得不對時(shí)，要進(jìn)行糾正。對于那些做對的孩子，我會與他們擊掌，發(fā)給他們貼紙，而對于學(xué)得比較慢的孩子，則另花時(shí)間一對一地教。如果他們亂動，挖鼻孔，與其他孩子說話等等，我就會采取些措施，如讓他們拿著自己的椅子站上幾分鐘(我前面提到過椅子對于他們來說是何等的重要)。
It sounds disingenuous to say but the truth is that teaching two, three, four and five year olds is a lot like training a pet. They need to be disciplined. This involves praise when behavior is in accord with what is desired and correction when it is not. I give out plenty of high-fives and stickers when kids get it right and take extra time one-on-one with the slower kids. When the children start to mess around, pick their nose, talk to other kids, etc. I will do something like make them stand in the place and take their chair for a few minutes (As I saidbefore how the chair is of great importance to the kids).
