經(jīng)中德雙方商定，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)將于6月11日同德意志聯(lián)邦共和國(guó)總理安格拉·默克爾舉行視頻會(huì)晤。

As agreed by the two sides, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council and Chancellor Angela Merkel of the Federal Republic of Germany will have a video conference on June 11.

 

為幫助巴勒斯坦應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情，中國(guó)政府決定向巴勒斯坦派遣抗疫醫(yī)療專家組。專家組由國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)組建，重慶市衛(wèi)健委選派，已于6月10日中午啟程。

The Chinese government has decided to send a team of medical experts to Palestine to support its efforts against COVID-19. The team, put together by the National Health Commission with members selected by the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, left for Palestine on the noon of June 10.

 

中央廣播電視總臺(tái)央視記者：能否介紹一下中德總理視頻會(huì)晤的有關(guān)情況？中方如何評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)前中德關(guān)系？對(duì)兩國(guó)總理會(huì)晤有何期待？

CCTV: Could you give us more information on the video conference between the Chinese premier and German chancellor? How do you comment on the China-Germany relations? What is your expectation for this conference?

 

華春瑩：中德是全方位戰(zhàn)略伙伴。自新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來(lái)，中德兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人保持了密切的溝通，交流的頻率密度甚至超過疫情之前。上周，習(xí)近平主席剛剛應(yīng)約同默克爾總理再次進(jìn)行了通話交流，時(shí)隔約一周兩國(guó)總理又即將舉行視頻會(huì)晤，充分體現(xiàn)了兩國(guó)的政治互信和緊密合作關(guān)系。

Hua Chunying: China and Germany are all-round strategic partners. Leaders of the two sides have been in close communication since the start of the outbreak, even more frequently than before COVID-19. President Xi Jinping had another phone call with Chancellor Merkel last week, and only about a week after that the Chinese premier and German chancellor will have a meeting via videolink, demonstrating mutual political trust and close cooperative ties between the two sides.

 

在共同抗擊疫情過程中，中德同舟共濟(jì)、相互幫助，有效地控制了本國(guó)疫情，還積極展現(xiàn)責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，倡導(dǎo)國(guó)際團(tuán)結(jié)合作，堅(jiān)定支持世衛(wèi)組織。目前，兩國(guó)都在統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展任務(wù)，加快復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，為中德各領(lǐng)域合作按下“重啟”和“快進(jìn)”鍵。這不僅符合中德兩國(guó)的共同利益，也有助于維護(hù)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定，推動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)早日走出衰退。兩國(guó)總理在視頻會(huì)晤中將重點(diǎn)就中德關(guān)系、中歐關(guān)系以及國(guó)際抗疫合作等議題進(jìn)行溝通，探討雙方下一步拓展在廣泛領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實(shí)合作。期待通過此次會(huì)晤推動(dòng)中德關(guān)系取得更大發(fā)展。

China and Germany have been supporting and assisting each other in the joint fight against COVID-19. Domestically, we have both effectively brought this pandemic under control. Internationally, we have also fulfilled our responsibilities, championed international solidarity and cooperation, and firmly supported the WHO. At the moment, we are working to restore normal economic activities and promote economic and social development while sustaining epidemic control measures. All-around cooperation between China and Germany has been restarted and will be fast-forwarded. This serves the common interests of the two sides and helps to keep international industrial and supply chains stable and to pull the world economy out of recession at an early date. During the videoconference, the Chinese premier and German chancellor will focus on China-Germany relations, China-EU relations and international cooperation on fighting COVID-19. The two sides will explore ways to expand practical cooperation in various fields. We hope this conference will deliver more outcomes in China-Germany relations.

Xinhua News Agency: Yesterday Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi held the 10th China-EU High-Level Strategic Dialogue with Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Could you tell us more about the dialogue and its outcomes?

 

華春瑩：昨天，王毅國(guó)務(wù)委員兼外長(zhǎng)同歐盟外交與安全政策高級(jí)代表博雷利舉行了第十輪中歐高級(jí)別戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話。這次戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話是王毅國(guó)務(wù)委員同博雷利高級(jí)代表首次舉行戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話，也是在疫情深刻影響世界、國(guó)際形勢(shì)深刻演變的背景下，中歐之間一次非常重要的戰(zhàn)略溝通。雙方就中歐關(guān)系、高層交往、中歐抗疫合作、共同關(guān)心的國(guó)際和地區(qū)問題進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間、深入、坦誠(chéng)的溝通，增進(jìn)了雙方理解和互信，為下階段中歐重大外交議程做了積極準(zhǔn)備，取得良好效果。

Hua Chunying: Yesterday State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi held the 10th China-EU High-Level Strategic Dialogue with Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. This is the first strategic dialogue between State Councilor Wang Yi and High Representative Josep Borrell. It is also important strategic communication between China and the European Union at a time when the pandemic is deeply impacting the world and the international landscape is undergoing profound changes. The two sides had long, in-depth and candid discussions on China-EU relations, high-level exchanges, China-EU anti-epidemic cooperation and international and regional issues of mutual interest. The strategic dialogue achieved good results as it enhanced mutual understanding and trust and helped to prepare for the next-stage major diplomatic agenda between China and the EU.

 

在此次中歐高級(jí)別戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話中，雙方重申，尊重彼此發(fā)展道路，重視各自在國(guó)際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮的重要作用，致力于在平等和相互尊重的基礎(chǔ)上，加強(qiáng)雙、多邊對(duì)話合作，深化中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。今年是中國(guó)同歐盟建交45周年，應(yīng)該說(shuō)是中歐關(guān)系的“大年”。雙方都對(duì)今年中歐關(guān)系抱有期望，希望加快中歐投資協(xié)定等談判，加強(qiáng)經(jīng)貿(mào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域合作，推動(dòng)今年中歐重大外交議程取得更多務(wù)實(shí)成果。

During the strategic dialogue, the two sides reiterated that they respect each other’s development path, value each other’s important role in international affairs and stay committed to strengthening bilateral and multilateral dialogue and cooperation and deepening China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership on the basis of equality and mutual respect. This year is of special significance to China-EU relationship as it marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two sides. Both sides have positive expectations for China-EU relations this year and hope to accelerate negotiations on bilateral investment agreements, step up cooperation in economy, trade, sustainable development and other areas, and work for more practical outcomes in China-EU major diplomatic agenda this year.

 

雙方討論了國(guó)際抗疫合作，包括中歐非三方抗疫合作，愿共同幫助非洲等衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)脆弱的國(guó)家更好應(yīng)對(duì)疫情。雙方重申將堅(jiān)持多邊主義，加強(qiáng)國(guó)際合作，完善全球治理，希望積極開展國(guó)際合作，更好應(yīng)對(duì)全球性挑戰(zhàn)。雙方還就核不擴(kuò)散、伊朗核、中東和平進(jìn)程等國(guó)際和地區(qū)問題交換了看法，表示致力于政治解決有關(guān)問題，維護(hù)世界的和平與穩(wěn)定。

The two sides discussed international anti-epidemic cooperation, including trilateral cooperation to fight COVID-19 between China, EU and Africa. Both sides expressed readiness to help countries in Africa and other continents that have vulnerable health systems to better respond to epidemics. The two sides reaffirmed commitment to multilateralism, stronger international cooperation, better global governance and expressed willingness to jointly address global challenges through international cooperation. The two sides also exchanged views on nuclear non-proliferation, the Iranian nuclear issue, the Middle East peace process and other international and regional issues, noting their endeavor to find political solutions to these issues and safeguard world peace and stability.

Shenzhen TV: As we understand, a team of medical experts sent by the Chinese government to Peru returned to China on June 10. Could you tell us more about the expert team’s work in Peru?

 

華春瑩：應(yīng)秘魯政府邀請(qǐng)，中國(guó)政府日前向秘派遣了一支由4名醫(yī)療專家組成的抗疫專家組，支持秘方疫情防控工作。

Hua Chunying: At the invitation of the Peruvian government, the Chinese government recently sent a four-member COVID-19 medical expert team to Peru in support of its anti-epidemic efforts.

 

在秘魯期間，中國(guó)醫(yī)療專家組開展了40多場(chǎng)交流培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，同秘魯全國(guó)抗擊疫情指揮中心、衛(wèi)生部、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生研究院、社會(huì)醫(yī)療保障局和多家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，以及世界衛(wèi)生組織、泛美衛(wèi)生組織駐秘機(jī)構(gòu)，就疫情防控、病毒檢測(cè)、診療護(hù)理等問題深入交流、分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并協(xié)助培訓(xùn)當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)護(hù)人員。專家組還赴首都以外城市考察疫情防控情況，開展經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流。在中國(guó)駐秘使館協(xié)助下，專家組還同當(dāng)?shù)刂匈Y機(jī)構(gòu)、華僑、留學(xué)生代表等舉行視頻連線，普及防疫知識(shí)并答疑解惑。
