　　咱們說的“最低工資”就是minimum wage，現(xiàn)代人的薪水多為monthly pay/salary(月薪)，這其中包括了base pay/salary(底薪)、bonus((獎金)等。而拿到手的是扣除了稅金、保險金等的take-home pay(稅后工資)。
