用食物來講述有趣的視覺故事

Those of us who live in big cities are lucky to have access to food from all over the world: udon, khinkali, pappardelle, bouillabaisse, blancmange... Some of the names are so ambiguous that it's almost impossible to place an order without your waiter's guidance. And while flavours and textures vary from region to region, the basic ingredients of the dishes are very similar: grains, vegetables, eggs etc.

我們這些住在大城市的人很幸運(yùn)能吃到來自世界各地的食物:烏冬面、辛卡利面、意大利面、意大利濃湯、牛奶凍……有些名字很模糊，如果沒有服務(wù)員的指引，你幾乎不可能點(diǎn)餐。雖然不同地區(qū)的味道和質(zhì)地不盡相同，但這道菜肴的基本食材非常相似:谷物、蔬菜、雞蛋等。
