It means that sth. is considered to be of an acceptable standard or quality; or sth. is morally correct or acceptable; or sb. is honest and behaves in a way that most people approve of.

它指的是某事被認(rèn)為具有可被接受的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或品質(zhì);或指的是某事在道德上是正確或可接受的;或指的是某人很誠(chéng)實(shí)，且以大多數(shù)人認(rèn)可的方式行事。

There is a decent pub in this small town.
