It refers to a way of pronouncing the words of a language that shows which country, area or social class a person comes from; or to the emphasis that sb. should give to part of a word when saying it.

它指的是一種語言的單詞發(fā)音方式，可以顯示出某人所來自的國家、地區(qū)或社會階層;或是指讀某個單詞是，應強調、重讀的部分。
