I am a jelly artist who runs my own business called Jelly Alchemy. I create beautiful 3D jelly cakes using seaweed jelly and natural coloring.

我是一個(gè)果凍藝術(shù)家，我把我的事業(yè)叫做果凍煉金術(shù)。我用海藻果凍和天然色素創(chuàng)造出美麗的3D果凍蛋糕。

I began my journey more than two years ago. Unfortunately, in late 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I had to put my business on hold as I had to undergo treatment. However, I was determined not to let cancer get in the way from doing what I loved. On the days when I was feeling well, I dedicated my time to create 3D jelly cakes for my team of doctors and carers.

從兩年前我就開始了這一事業(yè)，但不幸的是，2017年底，我被診斷出第3階段乳腺癌。因?yàn)橐邮苤委?，我不得不把我的生意擱置。然而，我決心不讓癌癥妨礙我做我喜歡的事。在我感覺(jué)身體還可以的時(shí)候，我就會(huì)花時(shí)間為我的醫(yī)生和護(hù)理人員團(tuán)隊(duì)制作3D果凍蛋糕。

During my battle with breast cancer, focusing on creating beautiful 3D jelly cakes helped to shift my focus away from the physical pain and negative thoughts. Moving forward, I hope to find ways to make this a meaningful career so that I can continue dedicating time to gifting this art form to others.

在與乳腺癌的斗爭(zhēng)中，專注于制作漂亮的3D果凍蛋糕有助于轉(zhuǎn)移我的注意力，遠(yuǎn)離身體上的疼痛和消極的想法。我希望找到方法使之變成有意義的職業(yè)，促進(jìn)其發(fā)展，以便我可以繼續(xù)投入時(shí)間把這種藝術(shù)形式贈(zèng)送給別人。

Every piece can take up to 4 hours to complete. The flowers are made petal by petal using a special method. It takes a lot of creativity and patience to create each piece!

每個(gè)蛋糕都要花4個(gè)小時(shí)才能完成。里面的花都是用特殊的方法放置到蛋糕里的“真”花瓣組成的。制作每一個(gè)蛋糕都需要很大的創(chuàng)造力和耐心!

Aside from being beautiful, they are refreshing in taste. The 3D jelly cakes are infused with flavors like lychee, coconut, peach, rose etc.

除了漂亮之外，它們的味道也令人耳目一新。這些3D果凍蛋糕有荔枝、椰子、桃子、玫瑰等口味。

The most satisfying part of my job besides showcasing my creativity is to be able to bring joy to others.

除了展示我的創(chuàng)造力外，我的工作最讓我滿意的就是能夠給別人帶來(lái)快樂(lè)。
