1821年，25歲的濟(jì)慈為避?chē)?yán)寒而奔赴意大利，最終客死他鄉(xiāng)。

在這段甜蜜而苦澀的愛(ài)情中，濟(jì)慈留下了整整三打情書(shū)。他下葬時(shí)，胸口還放著一封寫(xiě)給芬妮的信。芬妮一生都沒(méi)有取下與濟(jì)慈訂婚的戒指。
