網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲道德委員會(huì)成立 并對(duì)網(wǎng)游產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行評(píng)議

The online game moral committee consists of experts and scholars from relevant administrative authorities, colleges, research institutions, media and industrial associations that are familiar with online games and adolescent issues.

網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲道德委員會(huì)由來(lái)自有關(guān)部門(mén)和單位以及高校、專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)、新聞媒體、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)等研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲和青少年問(wèn)題的專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者組成。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲道德委員會(huì)(online game moral committee)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)可能或者已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生道德?tīng)?zhēng)議(moral controversy)和社會(huì)輿論(public outcry)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲作品及相關(guān)服務(wù)開(kāi)展道德評(píng)議(moral review)，為網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲管理部門(mén)提供決策參考，引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲企業(yè)自覺(jué)遵守社會(huì)公德和職業(yè)道德、履行社會(huì)責(zé)任(the online game enterprises fully shoulder their social responsibilities)，始終堅(jiān)持把社會(huì)效益和保護(hù)未成年人身心健康放在首位(give top priority to the social effects of their products and safeguard the physical and psychological health of youngsters)，促進(jìn)依法管理與以德治理相結(jié)合，推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

經(jīng)對(duì)評(píng)議結(jié)果進(jìn)行認(rèn)真研究，網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲主管部門(mén)對(duì)11款游戲責(zé)成相關(guān)出版運(yùn)營(yíng)單位認(rèn)真修改，消除道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(remove moral risks);對(duì)9款游戲作出不予批準(zhǔn)的決定。

2017年底，多部門(mén)聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于嚴(yán)格規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲市場(chǎng)管理的意見(jiàn)》，對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲違法違規(guī)行為和不良內(nèi)容進(jìn)行集中整治。

2018年8月底，教育部等八部委聯(lián)合發(fā)布《綜合防控兒童青少年近視實(shí)施方案》。其中國(guó)家新聞出版署提出要實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲總量調(diào)控(curb the number of new online games available to children)，采取措施限制未成年人使用時(shí)間(take new measures to limit their time on games)。

2018年9月，騰訊宣布，對(duì)《王者榮耀》啟動(dòng)最嚴(yán)格的實(shí)名策略(real-name registration)，接入公安權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)，并將未成年人賬號(hào)納入防沉迷系統(tǒng)(anti-addiction system)中。
