互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)不能侵犯他國(guó)“信息主權(quán)”

　　當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間7月16日，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在巴西國(guó)會(huì)發(fā)表《弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)友好共譜合作新篇》的演講中強(qiáng)調(diào)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)再發(fā)展也不能侵犯他國(guó)的信息主權(quán)，更不能犧牲別國(guó)安全謀求自身所謂絕對(duì)安全。

　　President Xi Jinping called for respect of all countries’ information sovereignty on Wednesday, telling the Brazilian congress that “there are no double standards in the information sector, and every country has the right to preserve its own information security".

　　當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間周三，習(xí)近平主席在巴西國(guó)會(huì)的演講中呼吁尊重各國(guó)的信息主權(quán)，稱(chēng)“在信息領(lǐng)域沒(méi)有雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，各國(guó)都有權(quán)維護(hù)自己的信息安全”。

　　信息主權(quán)(information sovereignty)就是國(guó)家在信息領(lǐng)域的主權(quán)、維護(hù)自己國(guó)家信息安全的權(quán)利(the right to preserve its own information security)。

　　習(xí)近平在演講中提出，國(guó)際社會(huì)要本著相互尊重和相互信任的原則，通過(guò)積極有效的國(guó)際合作，共同構(gòu)建和平、安全、開(kāi)放、合作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間(achieve a peaceful, secure, open and cooperative cyberspace)，建立多邊、民主、透明的國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理體系(a joint international system of cyberspace governance featuring multilateral cooperation, democracy and transparency)。
