Q: According to reports, the Japanese Coast Guard said that the Panamanian ship involved in the ship collision accident in the East China Sea has now moved into the Japanese waters, and that when they asked the Chinese Coast Guard if they could help with the search and rescue efforts, the Chinese Coast Guard said that they didn't want any help from Japan. What is your comment?

答：我不知道你援引的這個(gè)說(shuō)法從何而來(lái)。我能告訴你的是，海難事故發(fā)生后，中國(guó)政府高度重視有關(guān)搜救工作，中方及時(shí)向外界通報(bào)情況，也與其他有關(guān)方面保持著密切的聯(lián)系。我們對(duì)其他國(guó)家參與搜救工作持歡迎和開(kāi)放態(tài)度，包括韓國(guó)、日本的搜救船只都參與了有關(guān)搜救工作。

A: I don't know the source of the report you quoted. I want to tell you that since the accident happened, the Chinese government has attached great importance to relevant search and rescue efforts. While keeping people informed of the developments of the accident, we also stay in close communication with the other relevant parties. We welcome and are open to other countries' participation in the search and rescue efforts, and ships from Japan and the ROK are engaged in those efforts.

Q: Premier Li Keqiang has concluded his official visit to Cambodia. Can you brief us on the consensus reached by China and Cambodia and outcomes achieved during this visit? This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Cambodia. What is the significance of this visit to the further growth of China-Cambodia relations?

答： 李克強(qiáng)總理已經(jīng)結(jié)束對(duì)柬埔寨的正式訪問(wèn)，于昨天晚上回到北京。這次訪問(wèn)成果豐碩，我也愿意借此機(jī)會(huì)向大家詳細(xì)介紹一下此訪有關(guān)情況。

A: Premier Li Keqiang has wrapped up his official visit to Cambodia and returned to Beijing last night. This visit has yielded fruitful outcomes. I would like to avail myself of this opportunity to give you more details about it.

李克強(qiáng)總理對(duì)柬埔寨的訪問(wèn)正值新年伊始，是中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人今年首次出訪，充分體現(xiàn)了中方對(duì)中柬關(guān)系的高度重視。

Premier Li Keqiang's visit to Cambodia, which took place at the very beginning of a new year, was the first overseas visit of the Chinese leaders in 2018. This speaks volumes about the great importance China attaches to the China-Cambodia relations.

訪問(wèn)期間，李克強(qiáng)總理會(huì)見(jiàn)了西哈莫尼國(guó)王，同洪森首相舉行了會(huì)談。雙方高度評(píng)價(jià)中柬建交60年來(lái)的友誼與合作，一致同意繼往開(kāi)來(lái)，共同建設(shè)具有戰(zhàn)略意義的命運(yùn)共同體。

During his visit, Premier Li Keqiang met with King Norodom Sihamoni and held talks with Prime Minister Hun Sen. The two sides spoke highly of the friendship and cooperation between China and Cambodia over the past six decades since the establishment of their diplomatic ties, and agreed to build on the past achievements and usher in a new future and jointly forge a strategic community of shared future.

雙方將繼續(xù)保持高層頻繁交往，加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略溝通，在重大問(wèn)題上相互支持。中方將繼續(xù)支持柬埔寨人民自主選擇符合本國(guó)國(guó)情的發(fā)展道路，繼續(xù)為柬埔寨保持穩(wěn)定、實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展、改善民生提供力所能及的幫助。

The two sides will maintain frequent high-level exchanges, strengthen strategic communication and support each other in major issues. We will continue supporting the Cambodian people in choosing the development path that suits their national realities on their own and providing assistance to help the Cambodian side maintain stability, achieve development and improve people's livelihood as our capacity allows.

雙方將進(jìn)一步對(duì)接發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，共建“一帶一路”，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)新的貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)，推動(dòng)西哈努克港經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)等大項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，加快推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村道路、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院等民生工程。

The two sides will seek greater synergy between their development strategies, jointly advance the Belt and Road Initiative, strive to achieve new trade growth target, promote such big projects as the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone and speed up the construction of livelihood projects such as the roads, schools and hospitals in rural areas.

雙方將進(jìn)一步活躍人文交流，鼓勵(lì)更多公民赴對(duì)方國(guó)家旅游，給兩國(guó)青年創(chuàng)造更多學(xué)習(xí)交流機(jī)會(huì)，為中柬友誼培養(yǎng)更多接班人。

We will enhance people-to-people exchanges, encourage more Chinese citizens to travel to Cambodia and vice versa, create more opportunities for the youngsters from both countries to learn from each other and cultivate more successors to China-Cambodia friendship.

雙方還將加強(qiáng)多邊協(xié)調(diào)，維護(hù)廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家的共同利益，為地區(qū)和世界的和平、穩(wěn)定、繁榮作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。

The two sides will also step up multilateral coordination, uphold the converging interests of the developing countries and make greater contributions to peace, stability and prosperity of the region and the world at large.

訪問(wèn)期間，李克強(qiáng)總理同洪森首相共同見(jiàn)證簽署了19份雙邊合作文件，共同觀看了中柬建交60周年圖片展，出席了中方資助的“愛(ài)心行”項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)儀式，并為中方援建的考斯瑪中柬友誼醫(yī)院和特本克蒙省醫(yī)院項(xiàng)目揭牌。

During his visit, Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Hun Sen jointly witnessed the signing of 19 bilateral cooperation documents, visited the picture exhibition in memory of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of China-Cambodia diplomatic ties, attended the launching ceremony of the Love Heart Journey program funded by China and inaugurated the projects of China-Cambodia Friendship Preah Kossamak Hospital and Tboung Khmum Provincial Hospital constructed under the assistance of China.

李克強(qiáng)總理此訪適逢中柬建交60周年。過(guò)去的一個(gè)甲子是中柬友誼歷久彌堅(jiān)的60年，也是中柬合作枝繁葉茂的60年。隨著李克強(qiáng)總理此訪成果的逐步落實(shí)，新時(shí)期中柬全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系必將取得新的更大發(fā)展。

Premier Li Keqiang's visit was paid when we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Cambodia. The past six decades witnessed the enduring China-Cambodia friendship and the flourishing bilateral cooperation. With the outcomes of Premier Li Keqiang's visit being implemented step by step, the China-Cambodia Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership is bound to achieve even greater development.

Q: According to reports, recently, in an e-mail survey sent to its members and on the registration page of its mobile phone app, Marriott Hotel listed Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Tibet as "countries". Reports said that some Chinese departments have taken measures in response to the global hotel chain's behavior and initiated an investigation on that. What is your comment?

答：我相信大家都已經(jīng)注意到有關(guān)情況。你可能也注意到了，中方有關(guān)部門已經(jīng)對(duì)此作出了處理，你所提到的這家企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人也已公開(kāi)致歉。

A: I believe you have all noted the relevant situation. You may have also noted that the Chinese competent authorities have dealt with that and the head of the corporation you mentioned has made a public apology.

我想強(qiáng)調(diào)，香港、澳門、臺(tái)灣、西藏都是中國(guó)的一部分，這是客觀事實(shí)，也是國(guó)際社會(huì)的共識(shí)。

I would like to stress that Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Tibet are all parts of China, and this is the objective fact as well as the consensus of the international community.

我們歡迎外國(guó)企業(yè)來(lái)華投資興業(yè)，同時(shí)在華經(jīng)營(yíng)的外國(guó)企業(yè)也應(yīng)當(dāng)尊重中國(guó)的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整，遵守中國(guó)法律，尊重中國(guó)人民民族感情。這也是任何企業(yè)到其他國(guó)家投資興業(yè)、開(kāi)展合作最起碼的遵循。

We welcome foreign corporations' investment and operation in China. Meanwhile, they should respect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, abide by China's laws and respect Chinese people's national feelings. This is the minimum requirement for any enterprise to invest, operate and conduct cooperation in another country.

Q: Could you give us some information about the Chinese leaders' attendance at the World Economic Forum in Davos?

答： 中方重視達(dá)沃斯世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇作為當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下各國(guó)就宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行交流重要平臺(tái)的作用。我們會(huì)及時(shí)發(fā)布中方代表團(tuán)出席論壇2018年年會(huì)有關(guān)消息。

A: The Chinese side values the role played by the World Economic Forum in Davos as an important platform for countries to share their views on the macro-economic issues in today's world. We will release the information on the Chinese delegation's attendance at the Annual Meeting 2018 in due course.

問(wèn)： 據(jù)報(bào)道，周四，法國(guó)兩家非政府組織在法國(guó)指控韓國(guó)三星公司，稱三星中國(guó)工廠存在雇傭童工、虐待勞工等問(wèn)題。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論?

Q: According to reports, two French NGOs filed legal case against the ROK company Samsung in France on Thursday, over alleged use of child labor and other abuses in their factories in China. What is your comment?

答：我不了解你提到的情況。作為原則，我想強(qiáng)調(diào)，中國(guó)政府一貫重視維護(hù)勞動(dòng)者合法權(quán)益，在執(zhí)法、行政管理等方面采取了一系列措施，有效保護(hù)勞動(dòng)者權(quán)益。

A:I am not aware of the information mentioned by you. In principle, I want to stress that the Chinese government always lays emphasis on safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, and has taken a series of measures to effectively protect the entitlements of laborers in terms of law enforcement and administrative management.

問(wèn)： 今天公布的有關(guān)中朝貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)顯示，雖然2017年12月中國(guó)對(duì)朝鮮的出口有所下降，但全年對(duì)朝出口是增長(zhǎng)的。中方能否詳細(xì)介紹對(duì)朝出口的具體情況?

Q: The data that came out today suggested that last year there has been an increase in China's export to the DPRK although in December there was a decrease. Do you have more information about China's export to the DPRK?

A:If you are interested in the trade data, I would refer you to the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) for further information. 問(wèn)：昨天，伊朗方面稱中方對(duì)搜救東海船只相撞事故中失聯(lián)的伊朗籍船員不積極，發(fā)言人已就此作出回應(yīng)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)中方是否同意伊方派遣專業(yè)隊(duì)伍參與救援?

Q: Yesterday, you made a response to Iran's claim that China did not help to rescue those missing Iranian crewmen. Does China agree to let the Iranian side dispatch professional teams to take part in the search and rescue efforts?

答：中方對(duì)其他國(guó)家參與搜救工作持開(kāi)放和歡迎態(tài)度。我愿重申，事故發(fā)生以來(lái)，中國(guó)政府高度重視并一直在盡最大努力搜救撞船事故失蹤船員。中方救援人員冒著巨大生命危險(xiǎn)和安全威脅多次接近事故船只，近距離實(shí)施搜救和滅火作業(yè)。同時(shí)，中方也協(xié)調(diào)了日韓等國(guó)搜救力量參與海上救援。中方將繼續(xù)本著專業(yè)和負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度開(kāi)展救援工作，希望各方以中國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸部官方發(fā)布信息為準(zhǔn)，以準(zhǔn)確把握救援工作實(shí)際情況。

A: China welcomes and is open to other countries' participation in the search and rescue efforts. I would like to reiterate that since the accident happened, the Chinese government has attached great importance to it and made all-out efforts to conduct maritime search and rescue for the missing crewmen. When faced with security threats, the Chinese rescuers approached the tanker at the risk of their lives many times to search, rescue and fight the fire at close range. Meanwhile, China has coordinated with the rescue teams from Japan and the ROK. We will continue with the search and rescue efforts with a professional and responsible attitude. We hope that the relevant sides will learn about their information through such official channels as China's Ministry of Transport so as to get an accurate understanding of the developments of the search and rescue efforts.

你剛才提到伊朗，我也想說(shuō)，中方與伊朗各部門就救援工作保持著通暢有效溝通。據(jù)我目前掌握的情況，中方已根據(jù)伊方申請(qǐng)以最快速度協(xié)助12名伊朗專業(yè)搜救人員抵達(dá)上海，中方正在安排上述人員盡快參與具體救援行動(dòng)。此外，組織具體救援工作的上海海事局有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人已于昨日在上海向伊朗駐華大使當(dāng)面介紹了搜救工作最新進(jìn)展。

You mentioned Iran just now. I want to tell you that China maintains unimpeded and effective communication with the competent authorities of Iran. According to the information I have received, China has assisted 12 Iranian professional rescuers in arriving in Shanghai at the fastest speed at the request of Iran. Now we are arranging for them to engage in the search and rescue efforts as soon as possible. In addition, yesterday, the officials from the Shanghai Maritime Affairs Bureau informed the Iranian Ambassador to China of the latest developments of the search and rescue efforts face-to-face in Shanghai.

答：我剛才說(shuō)了，中方以最快速度協(xié)助12名伊朗搜救人員抵達(dá)了上海，我們將會(huì)盡快安排他們參與有關(guān)搜救工作。伊朗駐華大使實(shí)際上已經(jīng)提前抵達(dá)了上海。

A: I said just now that with our help, 12 Iranian professional rescuers have arrived in Shanghai at the fastest speed and that we will arrange for them to engage in the search and rescue efforts as soon as possible. Actually, the Iranian Ambassador to China had arrived in Shanghai earlier than them.
