Gunmen in Jordan have carried out a series of attacks in the historical town of Karac killing 9 people including Canadian tourist and 5 police. The gunmen also opened fire at the ancient crusade of Kacil to dominate the town.

Russia has said it will veto a draft resolution due to be considered by the United Nation's security council，demanding unimpeded UN access to the rebel enclave in the Eastern Aleppo. Russia is circulating separate proposal of its own, hoping for monitoring conditions of civilians in Aleppo. In the last few minutes, it's been announced that the vote will be held on Monday.

The leader of the Russian republic of Chethinia Revzona Condiv says security forces have shot dead at least 7 suspected militants near the capital of Grozni.It said the clashes took place following an attack on police officers the previous night.
