博鰲亞洲論壇2021年年會(huì)開幕式4月20日舉行，國家主席習(xí)近平以視頻方式發(fā)表主旨演講。習(xí)近平指出，亞洲和世界各國要回應(yīng)時(shí)代呼喚，攜手共克疫情，加強(qiáng)全球治理，朝著構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體方向不斷邁進(jìn)。
President Xi Jinping called on all countries in Asia and beyond to answer the "call of our times," defeat the pandemic through solidarity, strengthen global governance, and keep pursuing a community with a shared future for mankind when delivering a keynote speech via video at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2021 on April 20.

今年是博鰲亞洲論壇成立20年，本屆年會(huì)以“世界大變局：共襄全球治理盛舉，合奏‘一帶一路’強(qiáng)音”為主題。
Marking the 20th anniversary of the BFA, this year's annual conference is themed "A World in Change: Join Hands to Strengthen Global Governance and Advance Belt and Road Cooperation."

博鰲亞洲論壇成立20年來，見證了中國、亞洲、世界走過的不平凡歷程，為促進(jìn)亞洲和世界發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要影響力、推動(dòng)力。當(dāng)前，百年變局和世紀(jì)疫情交織疊加，世界進(jìn)入動(dòng)蕩變革期。我們所處的是一個(gè)充滿挑戰(zhàn)的時(shí)代，也是一個(gè)充滿希望的時(shí)代。人類社會(huì)應(yīng)該向何處去？我們應(yīng)該為子孫后代創(chuàng)造一個(gè)什么樣的未來？對這一重大命題，我們要從人類共同利益出發(fā)，以負(fù)責(zé)任態(tài)度作出明智選擇。中方倡議，亞洲和世界各國要回應(yīng)時(shí)代呼喚，攜手共克疫情，加強(qiáng)全球治理，朝著構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體方向不斷邁進(jìn)。應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持真正的多邊主義，推動(dòng)全球治理體系朝著更加公正合理的方向發(fā)展。
2021年是中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年。中國共產(chǎn)黨為中國人民謀幸福，為中華民族謀復(fù)興，為世界謀大同。中國將繼續(xù)做世界和平的建設(shè)者、全球發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)者、國際秩序的維護(hù)者。

【重要講話】
國際上的事應(yīng)該由大家共同商量著辦，世界前途命運(yùn)應(yīng)該由各國共同掌握，不能把一個(gè)或幾個(gè)國家制定的規(guī)則強(qiáng)加于人，也不能由個(gè)別國家的單邊主義給整個(gè)世界“帶節(jié)奏”。世界要公道，不要霸道。大國要有大國的樣子，要展現(xiàn)更多責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。
World affairs should be handled through extensive consultation, and the future of the world should be decided by all countries working together. We must not let the rules set by one or a few countries be imposed on others, or allow unilateralism pursued by certain countries to set the pace for the whole world. What we need in today’s world is justice, not hegemony. Big countries should behave in a manner befitting their status and with a greater sense of responsibility.
