中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳近日印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)社會主義法治文化建設(shè)的意見》，確立了社會主義法治文化建設(shè)的總體目標(biāo)和主要任務(wù)。意見強(qiáng)調(diào)，要加強(qiáng)憲法、民法典等普法宣傳力度。
Chinese authorities have released a circular in order to further promote the spirit and cultivate the social atmosphere of socialist rule of law. The circular, jointly released by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, set goals and introduced requirements for related work. It emphasized the need to boost the public's familiarity with laws and regulations such as the Constitution and the Civil Code.

社會主義法治文化是中國特色社會主義文化的重要組成部分，是社會主義法治國家建設(shè)的重要支撐。“十四五”規(guī)劃和2035年遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)綱要明確，實(shí)施法治社會建設(shè)實(shí)施綱要，加強(qiáng)社會主義法治文化建設(shè)，深入開展法治宣傳教育，實(shí)施“八五”普法規(guī)劃，完善公共法律服務(wù)體系、法律援助和國家司法救助制度。
《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)社會主義法治文化建設(shè)的意見》為社會主義法治文化建設(shè)確立了“時間表”和“施工圖”?？傮w目標(biāo)是到2035年，基本形成與法治國家、法治政府、法治社會相適應(yīng)，與中國特色社會主義法治體系相適應(yīng)的社會主義法治文化，基本形成全社會辦事依法、遇事找法、解決問題用法、化解矛盾靠法的法治環(huán)境。意見明確，主要任務(wù)是，深入學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹習(xí)近平法治思想，完善中國特色社會主義法治理論，大力弘揚(yáng)憲法精神，在法治實(shí)踐中持續(xù)提升公民法治素養(yǎng)，推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)法律文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展，繁榮發(fā)展社會主義法治文藝，加強(qiáng)社會主義法治文化陣地建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)法治文化國際交流。
