外交部領事司表示，3月8日，中國版“國際旅行健康證明”微信小程序已正式上線。健康證明有紙質(zhì)版和電子版兩種形式，展示持有人的核酸、血清IgG抗體檢測結果及疫苗接種情況等。
A Chinese version of the health certificate for international travelers was launched March 8 on the WeChat mini program for Chinese citizens, the Foreign Ministry's Department of Consular Affairs said in a statement. The certificate will be available in two formats, digital and in paper, with the certificate-holder's NAT and IgG antibody test results and vaccination status on record, according to the statement.

國際旅行健康證明將有利于實現(xiàn)健康碼的跨國查驗，助力國際間人員的安全有序流動。出國旅行前，旅客提前在中國境內(nèi)完成新冠病毒核酸檢測、疫苗接種等防疫措施，取得國際旅行健康證明。到達目的地國家后，國際旅行健康證明將方便當?shù)卣轵?，從而使旅客可以按照目的地國的有關規(guī)定，享受相應的旅行便利。
目前，中方積極推進健康碼國際互認工作，已通過外交渠道向各國提供具體設想、技術方案和二維碼識讀驗真所需的電子公鑰，并將與相關國家保持溝通，積極推動互認商談。

China has proposed a global mechanism on the mutual recognition of health certificates based on nucleic acid test results in the form of internationally accepted QR codes. We hope more countries will join this mechanism.
