中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平1月22日在中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九屆中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)第五次全體會(huì)議上發(fā)表重要講話。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，要深入貫徹全面從嚴(yán)治黨方針，堅(jiān)定政治方向，確保“十四五”時(shí)期我國發(fā)展的目標(biāo)任務(wù)落到實(shí)處。
President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of exercising full and strict governance over the Party and a steadfast political direction in ensuring the implementation of goals and tasks set out in the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25). Xi, who is also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while addressing the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on Jan 22.

全面從嚴(yán)治黨是十八大以來以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央提出的“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的重要組成部分。

要以強(qiáng)有力的政治監(jiān)督，確保黨中央重大決策部署貫徹落實(shí)到位。
要堅(jiān)定不移推進(jìn)反腐敗斗爭，不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐一體推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
要毫不松懈糾治“四風(fēng)”，堅(jiān)決防止形式主義、官僚主義滋生蔓延。
要持續(xù)整治群眾身邊腐敗和作風(fēng)問題，讓群眾在反腐“拍蠅”中增強(qiáng)獲得感。
要完善黨和國家監(jiān)督體系，使監(jiān)督融入“十四五”建設(shè)之中。

Improving the Party working style, boosting clean governance and the fight against corruption constitute a journey to which there is no end. The CPC, as a major party with a 100-year history, must ceaselessly move forward with work in this regard if it is to forever preserve its advanced nature, purity and vitality.
