中共中央政治局10月16日就量子科技研究和應用前景舉行集體學習。中共中央總書記習近平在主持學習時強調，要充分認識推動量子科技發(fā)展的重要性和緊迫性，加強量子科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略謀劃和系統(tǒng)布局，把握大趨勢，下好先手棋。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has stressed the importance and urgency of advancing the development of quantum science and technology. Xi made the remarks while presiding over a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held on Oct 16. Xi also stressed the importance of strengthening strategic planning and systematic layout for the development of quantum science and technology, as well as grasping the general trend and playing good first moves.

【知識點】

量子力學是人類探究微觀世界的重大成果。量子科技發(fā)展具有重大科學意義和戰(zhàn)略價值，是一項對傳統(tǒng)技術體系產生沖擊、進行重構的重大顛覆性技術創(chuàng)新，將引領新一輪科技革命和產業(yè)變革方向。我國科技工作者在量子科技上奮起直追，取得一批具有國際影響力的重大創(chuàng)新成果。

2016年8月，中國發(fā)射了自主研制的世界上首顆空間量子科學實驗衛(wèi)星“墨子號”;此后，中國科研人員利用量子衛(wèi)星在國際上率先成功實現了千公里級的星地雙向量子糾纏分發(fā)等成果。2017年，全球首條量子保密通信骨干網“京滬干線”項目通過總技術驗收。

總體上看，我國已經具備了在量子科技領域的科技實力和創(chuàng)新能力。同時，也要看到，我國量子科技發(fā)展存在不少短板，發(fā)展面臨多重挑戰(zhàn)。我們必須堅定不移走自主創(chuàng)新道路，堅定信心、埋頭苦干，突破關鍵核心技術，努力在關鍵領域實現自主可控，保障產業(yè)鏈供應鏈安全，增強我國科技應對國際風險挑戰(zhàn)的能力。
