印度宣布禁用118款中國App 商務(wù)部回應(yīng)

The Indian government through its Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology announced a ban on 118 Chinese apps which it said were "engaged in activities prejudicial to the sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of the state and public order". The affected apps include search engine Baidu, e-commerce service Mobile Taobao, online videos provider Youku and other popular apps such as Sina News, WeChat reading and PUBG Mobile Lite.

印度政府通過印度電子和信息技術(shù)部宣布禁用118款“涉嫌參與危害印度主權(quán)與(領(lǐng)土)完整、印度國防、國家安全和公共秩序活動(dòng)”的中國App，其中包括搜索引擎百度、電商服務(wù)平臺(tái)手機(jī)淘寶、在線視頻應(yīng)用優(yōu)酷，以及新浪新聞、微信閱讀以及《絕地求生》手游等熱門應(yīng)用程序。

針對印度此舉，中國商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人高峰9月3日回應(yīng)，中方對此表示嚴(yán)重關(guān)切，堅(jiān)決反對(deeply concerned about and firmly oppose India's ban)。

高峰說：

The Indian side has abused the concept of national security and taken discriminatory and restrictive measures against Chinese enterprises, violating the relevant rules and regulations of the World Trade Organization.

印方濫用“國家安全”概念，對中國企業(yè)采取歧視性限制措施，違反世貿(mào)組織相關(guān)規(guī)則。

The Indian government's actions were hurting not only the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese investors and service providers, but also the interests of Indian consumers and the country's investment environment as an open economy.

印方有關(guān)做法，不僅損害中國投資者和服務(wù)提供者的合法權(quán)益，同時(shí)也損害印度消費(fèi)者的利益，損害印度作為開放經(jīng)濟(jì)體的投資環(huán)境。

"China urges the Indian side to correct its wrong practices," Gao said, stressing that economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is mutually beneficial, and India should make efforts to create an open, fair and just business environment for international investors and service providers including Chinese businesses.

中方敦促印方糾正錯(cuò)誤做法。中印經(jīng)貿(mào)合作是互利共贏的。希望印方與中方共同維護(hù)好來之不易的合作發(fā)展局面，為包括中國企業(yè)在內(nèi)的國際投資者和服務(wù)提供者營造開放、公平、公正的營商環(huán)境。
