春節(jié)“外幣紅包”提前火 選購(gòu)時(shí)要注意這些！

國(guó)家外管局批準(zhǔn)的首家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)外幣兌換平臺(tái)攜程近日推出了“萬(wàn)元外幣紅包”——“萬(wàn)福包”。

紅包內(nèi)含26國(guó)幣種，50張票面，每一個(gè)幣種都使用了定制塑封袋，并額外標(biāo)注該幣種對(duì)應(yīng)的國(guó)家信息，消費(fèi)者還可以通過(guò)掃二維碼，了解這些外幣的更多信息。

此外，工商銀行也推出了外幣紅包。

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has also rolled out the foreign currency red packets this year, which is priced at 598 yuan per set. Most of the notes are less seen, coming from countries like Cambodia or Zimbabwe.

外幣紅包雖火，但是在選購(gòu)的時(shí)候，用戶要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

第一，了解商家是否具備兌換和經(jīng)營(yíng)外匯的資格(the product provider is qualified to grant such foreign currency products)，是否是國(guó)家外匯管理局批準(zhǔn)從事外匯兌換的銀行或指定外匯兌換點(diǎn)(designated unit for foreign exchange)。

第二，了解外幣紅包中的外幣是否支持真?zhèn)舞b別(verify currency authenticity)，保證全部真幣。小心買到假鈔，沒(méi)有防偽標(biāo)志碼，甚至是印刷品。

第三，了解商家是否有當(dāng)面驗(yàn)收貨(examine the currency in person)、不滿意無(wú)損退(get full refund if the product is intact)的保障，保證自身權(quán)益。
