In a Reminder of Deposit Return Policy released by Ofo on Monday evening, the company said all deposit refund applications, online or offline, will be collected and reviewed and the deposit will be refunded in order of application.

17日晚，ofo發(fā)布的退押金政策提醒表示，所有退押金申請(qǐng)，無(wú)論線上線下，都將統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行收集和審核，公司會(huì)按申請(qǐng)順序退還押金。

Ofo表示，提交線上申請(qǐng)退押金的用戶(hù)(users who have submitted online application for deposit refund)，后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)會(huì)根據(jù)申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤坏捻樞颍M(jìn)行相關(guān)信息審核與收集，核實(shí)完畢后用戶(hù)會(huì)進(jìn)入退押金序列，ofo會(huì)按順序退款(get refund according to the order of application submission)。

如有用戶(hù)到公司現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行登記，ofo會(huì)將收集到的相關(guān)信息按時(shí)間先后順序并入線上退押金序列中(incorporate the relevant information collected by it into the online deposit refund sequence in chronological order)。如有線下登記的用戶(hù)此前已經(jīng)發(fā)起退款申請(qǐng)，則按此前的時(shí)間信息為準(zhǔn)。

政策提醒之后，用戶(hù)紛紛涌入退款登記系統(tǒng)。截至19日上午10點(diǎn)，ofo的在線排隊(duì)退押金人數(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到了1063萬(wàn)人。

Ofo表示，登記完成之后15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)會(huì)退還用戶(hù)押金。同時(shí)，針對(duì)二手平臺(tái)上各類(lèi)代退服務(wù)，ofo官方也提示：ofo的退押金渠道只有ofo客戶(hù)端和ofo客服電話(huà)兩個(gè)路徑，其他不是官方路徑。

在更新退款公告后ofo表示：

“ofo用戶(hù)基數(shù)大，存在退押金申請(qǐng)激增的可能。請(qǐng)廣大用戶(hù)耐心等待，我們承諾依序妥善處理好退押金事宜，請(qǐng)廣大用戶(hù)放心。”
