加拿大法院批準(zhǔn)孟晚舟保釋申請(qǐng)

Justice William Ehrcke at the court hearing granted bail to Meng, subject to a guarantee of 10 million Canadian dollars (7.5 million US dollars), according to reports.

據(jù)報(bào)道，法官威廉?埃爾克批準(zhǔn)了孟晚舟的保釋，保釋金為1000萬加元(約合750萬美元)。

Meng will also be subject to surveillance at her Vancouver home by a combination of security guards and technology as part of the agreement. She has also surrendered her passport.

根據(jù)保釋協(xié)議，孟晚舟需在溫哥華的家中接受安保人員以及電子設(shè)備監(jiān)控，同時(shí)還要上交護(hù)照。

Bail這個(gè)詞既可用作名詞也可用作動(dòng)詞，表示“保釋、保釋金”等。法院“批準(zhǔn)某人的保釋申請(qǐng)”即grant/give bail to someone，也可以說release/free someone on bail，“某人獲準(zhǔn)保釋”則是someone is released/freed on bail或者簡單的someone is bailed。

華為回應(yīng)

華為方面對(duì)此回應(yīng)稱，我們的CFO孟晚舟女士近期在被加拿大當(dāng)局代表美國政府暫時(shí)扣留之后，今天法庭做出判決，同意保釋。

12月7日，外交部例行記者會(huì)上，關(guān)于孟晚舟的國籍身份，耿爽表示，無法提供關(guān)于此案的具體細(xì)節(jié)。但有一點(diǎn)可以明確，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國國籍法(Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China)》，孟晚舟是中國公民(Meng Wanzhou is a Chinese citizen)。

12月8日，中國外交部副部長樂玉成緊急召見加拿大駐華大使麥家廉，就加方拘押華為公司負(fù)責(zé)人提出嚴(yán)正交涉和強(qiáng)烈抗議。

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi made clear China's stern position on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens overseas. It is the consistent position held by the Chinese government under all circumstances and also applies to the case involving Ms. Meng Wanzhou regarding which we have been lodging representations with the Canadian and US governments.
