電影學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)呼吁保護(hù)“原創(chuàng)劇本”

11日全國(guó)政協(xié)十二屆四次會(huì)議舉行第三次全體會(huì)議，全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、中國(guó)電影家協(xié)會(huì)副主席、中國(guó)電影文學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)王興東在會(huì)上表示，創(chuàng)新是文藝的生命，原創(chuàng)是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的力量。他建議全面提高保護(hù)原創(chuàng)的法度，加強(qiáng)打擊侵權(quán)的力度，以提高文藝原創(chuàng)能力。

中國(guó)電影家協(xié)會(huì)副主席、政協(xié)委員王興東表示，國(guó)家應(yīng)加強(qiáng)保護(hù)原創(chuàng)劇本的力度。

保護(hù)原創(chuàng)劇本(original screenplays)的意義何在?王興東指出，當(dāng)下文藝原創(chuàng)疲軟主要是急功近利(seeking quick success and instant profits)，心態(tài)浮躁。改編的多了，原創(chuàng)的少了;模仿的多了，創(chuàng)新的少了?，F(xiàn)如今，美國(guó)電影以版權(quán)分賬(copyright collection system)長(zhǎng)驅(qū)直入，搶占我們的市場(chǎng)。面對(duì)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，想要提高文藝原創(chuàng)能力，就必須全面提高保護(hù)原創(chuàng)的法度，加強(qiáng)打擊侵權(quán)(copyright infringements)的力度。

王興東指出，應(yīng)該尊重原創(chuàng)劇本，并建議讓原創(chuàng)作者即編劇(screenwriters)分享衍生產(chǎn)品(derivatives)的收益。只有保障原創(chuàng)的智慧成為永久的實(shí)惠，才會(huì)有十年磨一劍的精品問世。
