　　當(dāng)前，城鎮(zhèn)化(urbanization)的全球趨勢以及世界人口穩(wěn)步增長的趨勢已經(jīng)持續(xù)了很長時(shí)間。對(duì)于發(fā)達(dá)國家來說，沒有跡象能表明城鎮(zhèn)化會(huì)導(dǎo)致人口增長 (population growth)。但在發(fā)展中國家，城鎮(zhèn)化和人口增長則緊密相關(guān)。城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)中國有某種積極的影響。隨著越來越多的人集中在城市尋找工作或商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，工業(yè)也隨著大量勞動(dòng)力而繁榮起來。

　　Currently,a global trend of urbanization and the stable increasing trend of the world's population have lasted for a long time.For developed countriesthere is no evidence that urbanization causespopulation growth.However,in developingnations,the relationship between urbanization and population growth is close.Urbanization hashad certain positive effects on China.As more people congregate in urban areas to seek jobs or look for business opportunities,industry flourishes with the huge supply of labor.
