Jolin: May I speak to Coco, please?

Coco: Coco is speaking!

Jolin: It’s me, Jolin. I want to know whether you bought your wedding house.

是我，Jolin. 我想知道你買婚房了沒。

Coco: No, I didn’t. Do you have any good news for me?The price is so high that I could not afford it.

沒有啊。你有什么好消息嗎?房價太高了，我負擔(dān)不起呢。

Jolin: Do you want to buy a second-hand house? One of my friends, Tom, will go abroad and want to sell his house bought last year.

你想買二手房嗎?我一個朋友，Tom,要到國外去，想賣掉他現(xiàn)在的房子。這個房子是去年買的。

Coco: Oh, really? Please give me some details about that house.

哦，真的嗎?給我一些詳細信息吧。

Jolin: That apartment includes one living room and two bed rooms. One bed room has a big balcony. Tom decorated the house last year, but now it still looks as nice and beautiful as completed.

這是兩室一廳的房子，其中一個臥室有個大陽臺。Tom自己裝修的，但是現(xiàn)在看上去跟剛完工時候一樣的漂亮。

Coco: Wow, now I would like to see it by myself. It seems to be the one I want to have. Would you please make an appointment with Tom?
