Todd: You said you like classcal music very mauch. Then who is your favorite opera star?

May: There are three of them, the Three Tenors.
托德:哦,你是說(shuō)帕瓦羅蒂、多明戈和卡雷拉斯。你去過(guò)他們的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演出嗎?
Todd: Oh, you mean Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras. Have you been to their live shows?
阿美:是的,那真是特別的經(jīng)歷。那是帕瓦羅蒂的個(gè)人演唱會(huì),是他在北京的紫禁城舉辦的演出。
May: Yeah, it's really a unique experience. It's a solo concer by Pavarotti. he put on ther performance in the Forbidden City in Beijing.

Todd: I've heard of that one. It was also his swan song.

Todd: Yes, I went to the New Year's Concert in 2005.

May: Wow, you are so lucky. I saw that one on TV. But it must be so different to be there in the concert hall.

Todd: That's for sure. You know, it's really amazing to be in the best concert hall, listening to the performance by the best orchestra. I had the greatest time ever.
