In Ivory Coast, the government has ordered a curfew(1) for the next 3 nights.The move follows an attempt to overthrow president Laurent Gbagbo. Ivorian officials say they will find and punish those responsible. The rebellion began Sunday night. Rebel soldiers occupied the state radio and television stations in Abidjan. After a night of gunfire【槍戰(zhàn)】, officials announced that the situation in the city was under control. They said two soldiers loyal to the government and an unknown number of rebel soldiers were killed. Most businesses and the airport in Abidjan are closed. President Vagbeau has led Ivory Coast for two months.
