范云（451～503年），字彥龍，南鄉(xiāng)舞陰（今河南泌陽縣西北）人，南朝文學家。此詩用分別時雪花飛舞的凄涼和重逢時百花盛開的溫暖做對照，抒發(fā)重逢的快樂。

洛陽城東西，長作經時別。

昔去雪如花，今來花似雪。

On Departure

Outside Luoyang toward the east and west,

The people say good-bye and start to go.

When I left here, the snow was like the blooms:

When I come back, the blooms are like the snow.
