熱鬧了! CNN起訴特朗普違反憲法!

CNN has filed a lawsuit against President Trump and several of his aides, seeking the immediate restoration of chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta's access to the White House.

美國(guó)有線(xiàn)電視新聞網(wǎng)(CNN)已對(duì)總統(tǒng)特朗普和他的數(shù)名助手提起訴訟，要求立即恢復(fù)首席白宮記者吉姆·阿科斯塔進(jìn)入白宮采訪的權(quán)利。

The lawsuit is a response to the White House's suspension of Acosta's press pass, known as a Secret Service "hard pass," hours after he engaged in a contentious back-and-forth with President Trump.

此前，阿科斯塔和特朗普唇槍舌戰(zhàn)數(shù)小時(shí)后，白宮暫停了阿科斯塔的記者通行證，即特勤局簽發(fā)的白宮長(zhǎng)期通行證，CNN的訴訟正是對(duì)此舉做出的回應(yīng)。

The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.

訟詞指出，白宮對(duì)阿科斯塔的禁令侵犯了美國(guó)憲法第一和第五修正案賦予阿科斯塔和CNN的權(quán)利。

The suit was filed in US District Court in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday morning.

該訴訟案已于本周二上午提交給美國(guó)華盛頓特區(qū)地方法院。

"This is not a step we have taken lightly. But the White House action is unprecedented," CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker said in an internal memo to staff.

In a statement on Tuesday morning, CNN said it is seeking a preliminary injunction so that Acosta can return to the White House right away, and a ruling from the court preventing the White House from revoking Acosta's pass in the future.
