Beijing, with an average monthly salary of 10,500 yuan, ranks first among 37 major cities across the country offering jobs at annual summer job fairs this year.

Shanghai and Shenzhen rank 2nd and 3rd with 9,796 and 9,309 yuan, respectively.

The average salaries of the 37 major cities involved in job fairs reached 7,832 yuan, up 6.2% year-on-year.
