10月份中國固定資產(chǎn)投資增速放緩超預(yù)期
隨著國有和民間部門的支出增長雙雙放緩，10月份中國固定資產(chǎn)投資增速放緩幅度超出預(yù)期，社會消費(fèi)品零售總額和工業(yè)增加值增長的放緩幅度同樣超出預(yù)期。
Urban fixed-asset investment grew 7.3 per cent in the first ten months of 2017, according to figures from China’s National Bureau of Statistics, down from a pace of 7.5 per cent in the year through September and missing a median forecast of 7.4 per cent from economists polled by Reuters.
中國國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示，2017年頭10個(gè)月，全國城市固定資產(chǎn)投資同比增長7.3%，低于今年頭9個(gè)月7.5%的增速，也低于路透(Reuters)所調(diào)查的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家給出的7.4%的預(yù)測中值。
The latest reading on business investment marked a new low for 2017 and inched closer to a near-18-year low of 6.3 per cent touched in December 1999. Investment by state-run companies to the end of October was rose 10.9 per cent, down from the previous reading of 11 per cent, while that at private companies grew 5.8 per cent for the period, softening from 6 per cent at the end of September.
這項(xiàng)衡量企業(yè)投資的指標(biāo)的最新讀數(shù)創(chuàng)下2017年以來的新低，而且朝著1999年12月創(chuàng)下的將近18年的低點(diǎn)6.3%又邁進(jìn)了一步。今年頭10個(gè)月，國有控股企業(yè)的投資同比增長10.9%，比今年頭9個(gè)月11%的增速要低;民間投資同比增長5.8%，比頭9個(gè)月6%的增速也要低一些。
Retail sales growth also disappointed, dipping 0.3 percentage points to 10 per cent from a month earlier and missing expectations of a rise to 10.4 per cent. Sales at larger businesses slowed to 7.2 per cent from 7.8 per cent in September.
社會消費(fèi)品零售總額增速也令人失望，10月份的零售總額同比增長10.0%，較9月份的增速低0.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中，限額以上單位消費(fèi)品零售額增長7.2%，低于9月份7.8%的增速。
Industrial production came in lower than anticipated as well, with 6.2 per cent year on year growth in October reflecting a drop of 0.4 percentage points from a month prior and coming in below a median estimate of a less marked slowdown to 6.3 per cent.
10月份規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值增速也不及預(yù)期，同比增長6.2%，比9月份的增速低0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，也低于預(yù)測中值6.3%。
