成功人士擁有的品質(zhì)

　　Everyone owns many personal characteristics that some are born with and some are formed in daily life. But what characteristics help us be successful? In my opinion, there're confidence, diligence, talent and curiosity.

　　每個人都有很多天生的特點，而有些則是在日常生活中形成的。但是什么樣的性格可以幫助我們?nèi)〉贸晒δ?在我看來，是自信，勤奮，天賦和好奇心。

　　Confidence is the half of success. The proverb is suitable for any of us. We should be confident in ourselves because nobody will believe us if we don't believe ourselves. From primary school to college, confidence always is the first important thing that our teachers stress. Confidence is the first step to conquer difficulties. Sometimes we don't need to care much about the results, what we should do is to be confident to start unknown and difficult career.

　　自信是成功的一半。這句諺語對我們?nèi)魏稳硕歼m用。我們應該對自己有信心，因為如果我們自己都不相信自己的話，沒有人會相信我們。從小學到大學，我們老師總是強調(diào)自信是最重要的。自信是戰(zhàn)勝困難的第一步。有時我們并不在乎結(jié)果，我們所要做的是有信心去開始未知的和困難的事業(yè)。

　　Diligent comes first when it comes to success. A famous person told us" Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration". We can know how important the hard work is from the sentence. Edison was not successful before, but he tried and tried again. Finally his efforts were rewarded. He became successful because of his diligence.

　　談及成功的時候勤奮是最重要的。一個名人告訴我們，"天才是百分之一的靈感加上百分之九十九的汗水"。從這句話中我們可以了解到勤奮是多么的重要。愛迪生之前一直沒有成功，但他還是一次次地嘗試。最后，他的努力得到了回報。因為他的勤奮，他成功了。

　　Many of us think that talent is nothing to do with achievement, while I hold the other side. Certain person has certain talent. The nature gives us some talent, so we should develop it. Talent pluses diligent make success.

　　許多人都認為天才跟成就是沒有任何關(guān)系的，而我則持相反的觀點。有些人有一定的天賦。大自然給了我們一些天賦，所以我們應該將它發(fā)展。天賦加勤奮造就成功。

　　The last characteristic is curiosity. Newton discovered the law of universal gravitation because he is curious about why apple fall to the ground. Then he did many researches to prove his suppose. Finally he found the great gravitation law. That's a big success to him. From an ordinary phenomenon to a great discovery, curiosity is the important connection. People who are curious always can touch discovery.

　　最后一個個性是好奇心。牛頓發(fā)現(xiàn)了萬有引力定律是因為他好奇為什么蘋果會落地。然后他做了很多研究來證明他的假設。最后他發(fā)現(xiàn)了偉大的引力定律。對他來說是很大的成功。從一個普通的現(xiàn)象到一個偉大的發(fā)現(xiàn)，好奇心是重要的連接。好奇的人總是可以有所發(fā)現(xiàn)。

　　In conclusion, different personal characteristics lead to different successful people. As far as I know, confidence, diligence, talent and curiosity are some characteristics that most successful people have.

　　總之，不同個人特點導致了不同的成功人士。據(jù)我所知，自信，勤奮，天賦和好奇心是最成功的人擁有的一些特性。
