[雙語]山寨版“我賄賂了”網(wǎng)站躥紅

Bribery-reporting websites have been burgeoning over the weekend, allowing Internet users to share their experiences in giving bribes though shying away from revealing corrupt figures.
只一個(gè)周末的時(shí)間，搜集行賄事件的網(wǎng)站猶如雨后春筍般紛紛登場(chǎng)。網(wǎng)民可以在此類網(wǎng)站上分享自己的行賄經(jīng)歷，但對(duì)受賄人的個(gè)人信息要避而不談。

Inspired by the Indian anti-bribery website ipaidabribe.com, at least eight Chinese online forums have sprung into existence since last Friday, bearing names with similar meanings.
受到印度反賄賂網(wǎng)站“我行賄了”的啟發(fā)，自上周五起，國(guó)內(nèi)先后出現(xiàn)至少八個(gè)類似的網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇。這些網(wǎng)站的名稱也都大同小異。

However, in an apparent attempt to prevent possible legal disputes brought by the posts, these websites demanded that Internet users not identify the people they bribed as well as avoid giving details of their positions, saying that the websites would not be responsible for any post that reports briberies.
不過為防止網(wǎng)友發(fā)布內(nèi)容可能引起的法律糾紛，這些網(wǎng)站規(guī)定網(wǎng)民不要指認(rèn)他們的行賄對(duì)象，同時(shí)避免透露受賄者職位的具體信息，并聲明網(wǎng)站對(duì)于舉報(bào)賄賂的帖子不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。

The website had attracted more than 60,000 visitors by last Sunday, Zhang Zhongguo, an employee with a Beijing-based Internet company that on last Friday launched the "I made a bribe" website, said in an interview.
北京一家網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司于周五建立了“我賄賂了”網(wǎng)站。該公司員工張忠國(guó)（音譯）表示，截至上周日，該網(wǎng)站的訪客已達(dá)到了六萬多人次。

An Internet user said in a post that he had bribed a traffic police officer with a carton of cigarettes to reduce the fine for overloading, while another netizen confessed that he had given a judge a gift certificate in return for a ruling in his favor.
一位網(wǎng)民發(fā)帖稱，自己曾因超載而被罰，為了少交罰款，他用一條香煙賄賂過一個(gè)交警，而另一名網(wǎng)友坦言道，為了讓法官作出對(duì)自己有利的裁決，曾給對(duì)方送過禮券。

Zhang admitted that the website was not able to verify the content of the posts as it lacked the power to investigate the claims contained in the posts. As a result, he advised visitors not to name the people involved in the bribery cases, identify their positions or other private information.
張忠國(guó)承認(rèn)，由于缺乏調(diào)查帖子內(nèi)容的權(quán)力，網(wǎng)站無法證實(shí)這些帖子內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性。因此，他建議訪客不要公布賄賂事件當(dāng)事人的名字，也不要說出他們的職務(wù)或是其他私人信息。

"I hope that the website can get some instructions from the anti-corruption authorities," added Zhang.
他補(bǔ)充道：“我希望此類網(wǎng)站能得到反腐部門的相關(guān)指示。”

Other founders of the "I-paid-a-bribe" sites said they did not want trouble for running the websites.
另外幾家“我賄賂了”網(wǎng)站的創(chuàng)立者們表示，他們不想因經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)站而招惹麻煩。

"I can`t rule out that some posts could be unfounded and I don`t have any means to verify them," said Sun Bailing, a resident in Anhui province, whose "I-made-a-bribe" website debuted last week.
來自安徽的孫百齡（音譯）于上周開辦了“我行賄了”網(wǎng)站，他說：“我不排除有些帖子可能失實(shí)，我沒有任何途徑來證實(shí)帖子內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性。”

In China, online revelations of corrupt officials or company executives have been widely reported. And the country`s integrity watchdog has often picked up the tips to fight corruption.
在中國(guó)， 在網(wǎng)上揭露官員或公司高管貪污腐敗的現(xiàn)象得到了廣泛報(bào)道。國(guó)家反腐監(jiān)管部門也經(jīng)常聽取網(wǎng)上的舉報(bào)信息，來打擊貪污腐敗。

Zhu Lijia, an anti-corruption expert with the Chinese Academy of Governance, said he will not endorse these websites because the posts were prone to violate people`s privacy and tarnish others` reputation.
來自國(guó)家行政學(xué)院的反腐專家竹立家稱，他不認(rèn)可此類網(wǎng)站，因?yàn)樯厦娴奶雍苋菀浊址傅絺€(gè)人隱私，損毀他人名譽(yù)。

"We already have regulated channels for tipsters to report corrupt officials to relevant authorities," said Zhu.
竹立家表示：“我們已經(jīng)有正規(guī)渠道，供舉報(bào)人向相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)舉報(bào)腐敗官員。”

Chen Hong, founder of another "I-made-a-bribe" website, cautioned that some sites might exploit anti-corruption in order to do public relations for people and companies.
另一家“我賄賂了”網(wǎng)站的創(chuàng)始人陳宏（音譯）則提醒道，一些網(wǎng)站可能會(huì)打著反腐的旗號(hào)，為個(gè)人或企業(yè)做公關(guān)工作。
