New research proves more people than ever are letting the deal, not the brand, serve as their shopping guide. Constantly changing where they shop based on rewards and their wallets, they're known as the "uncommitted consumers." So many consumers are behaving in this uncommitted way because they want their money to go farther. What do you think is driving it? Consumers are rather pessimistic about the economy right now, which is unfortunate because we see the economy is growing, we see incomes are going up, inflation is cooling. But consumers, they still remember what happened in the past years. And because there's more options now than ever before, consumers are having to work harder to make their money go farther.
