在早晚高峰時期，要注意疏通引導乘客，避免因過度擁堵而發(fā)生的危險。如：

It is rush hour right now. Please pay attention to your belongings. Don't be crowded and get on the train in order. 現(xiàn)在是乘車高峰時期，請注意好您的隨身攜帶物品，不要擁擠，有序乘車。

積極為乘客說明線路，耐心回答乘客的提問。
