Although you did not mention in your quotation anything about the type of contract, we take it that you have a standard purchase contract. Please fax us your proposed draft contracts as soon as possible for our examination.

We are enclosing our Sales Note No.6 to confirm this contract. We would appreciate it if you would immediately arrange with your bankers to open an irrevocable L/C in our favor to ensure December shipment as agreed upon.
