made Selah laugh and proud of Chinese stories and history(為中國故事和歷史感到驕傲)

did a good job at making it look and feel “Chinese”(看上去和感受起來很“中國”)

傳遞 Chinese traditional values(中國精神)：bravery(勇氣) and family honor(家族的榮耀)

the costumes: big dresses (大長裙)and 夸張的makeup(妝容)

the actresses Liu Yifei & Gong Li：did an excellent job and did not try to be too American or Western(演出了“中國化”的感覺)
