You take your hands and you move them back and forth quickly, and that would lather up your shampoo. 你用雙手在頭上快速地來(lái)回移動(dòng)，那樣就是在頭上涂抹洗發(fā)水。
Well, after you do that, then you have to get rid of the soap and the shampoo, and you do that by rinsing. 好了，涂抹完后，你就得弄掉肥皂和洗發(fā)水，那你就要沖洗了。
To rinse, "rinse," means to take water and get rid of the soap and the shampoo that are on your body. 沖洗(rinse)，意思是用水來(lái)沖掉身體上的肥皂和洗發(fā)水。
After you do that, then you have to dry your body off. 沖洗完后，你就要擦干身體。
To dry off means the same as to dry, but we use that expression, to dry off, to mean to dry, in this case, your body with a towel. “Dry off”和“dry”都是指擦干，但我們用“to dry off”這個(gè)短語(yǔ)來(lái)表示擦干，在這里，你是用毛巾來(lái)擦干身體。
Now, it is time for me to shave. 現(xiàn)在，我該刮胡子了。
To shave, "shave," means to remove hair, usually from your face. 刮胡子(shave), 是指除去毛發(fā)，一般是臉上的毛發(fā)。
If you are a man and you don't shave, you will grow a beard and a mustache; you will have hair on your face. 如果你是個(gè)不刮胡子的男人，那么你就會(huì)留胡須和胡髭;你的臉上會(huì)有毛發(fā)。
Well, I don't like beards and mustaches, so I shave — I use something to get rid of the hair. 嗯，我不喜歡有胡須和胡髭，所以我會(huì)刮胡子——我使用去除毛發(fā)的物品。
