That's that的展開形式就是that is that，其中的is也有可能變形成was。很好理解，就是這個東西已經(jīng)就是這個樣子了，它已經(jīng)成它了，就不要再想怎么改變了。英文解釋是：

an expression that shows that something has ended

就這樣吧;就這樣定了;再沒有什么可說的

例：

I won't agree to it and that's that (= I won't discuss it any longer).

我不會同意這件事的，不要再說了。

that's it

that's it有兩種解釋

①used to say that something has ended

就這樣，完了

常用于某事結(jié)束時，劃一個句號。

例：

Well, that's it, we're done - we can go home now.

好啦，就這樣吧，我們完工了——現(xiàn)在可以回家了。

That's it! I'm not listening to any more of your lies.

夠了!我再也不想聽你的謊言了。

②used to say that something is correct

這就對了;正是這樣

例：

You switch the computer on at the back. That's it.

你把計算機后面的開關(guān)打開。對，就這樣。

and (all) that

它就很像省略號……，表示等等;以及諸如此類的事物的意思。

同義詞：and so on

例：

Did you bring the contract and (all) that?

合同什么的你都帶來了嗎?

that will do

said to mean that you do not want any more of something

表示您不想再要任何東西;夠了

例：

A: Do you need more potatoes peeled?

還要多削一些土豆嗎?

B: No, that'll do, thanks.

不，夠了，謝謝。

不管剛才說了什么，暗示了什么，假設(shè)了什么，它還是...一般用在句末以表示強調(diào)。
