1. If you’re feeling sleepy, hold your breath for as long as you can and then release it.
太困的時(shí)候但還有事情沒做完?
深吸一口氣然后憋氣,直到受不了為之再吐氣。睡意就會(huì)消很多!

2. Scratch your ear if you have a tickle in your throat.
喉嚨癢癢的嗎?其實(shí)抓抓耳朵就能止癢。

3. Keep an onion near you at night if you have a stuffy nose.
鼻塞讓你難以入睡的話,晚上睡覺時(shí)不妨放一顆洋蔥在旁邊就會(huì)好很多。

4. Press your tongue firmly against the back of your teeth to prevent a sneeze.
想打噴嚏?!用舌頭抵住上排牙齒的后方就可以阻止噴嚏打出來了。

5. If you are about to start gagging, tuck your thumb in your fist and grip it tightly.
想吐又止不住的時(shí)候,就把拇指塞進(jìn)拳頭,再緊緊握住。

6. If you are having trouble falling asleep, blink fast for a minute.
難以入睡?!快速眨眼一分鐘會(huì)很快產(chǎn)生睡意。

7. Pinch yourself if you just can’t stop laughing.
笑到不行的時(shí)候,捏一下自己就能止笑了。

8. If you have a toothache, rub some ice between your thumb and forefinger. This can relieve the pain by up to 50 percent.
牙痛的時(shí)候試著在虎口處用冰塊摩擦,這樣可以降低疼痛感,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)最多可減少50%!

9. Put your hands in ice water and flex them if you have a migraine.
把手放進(jìn)冰水里并握拳幾次,可以舒緩頭痛的癥狀。
