1. A black sheep  害群之馬

    假英語(yǔ)：黑色的羊 ×

　　There's a black sheep in every flock.

　　每一個(gè)團(tuán)體中都難免有害群之馬。

2. Bluestocking /'blu: st?k??/ 女學(xué)究，女才子(常含貶義)

　　The bluestocking paused and looked round the circle of interested faces.

　　女學(xué)究停了下來(lái)，環(huán)顧周圍那一張張興趣盎然的臉。

注：這個(gè)用法源自18世紀(jì)的一種現(xiàn)象，當(dāng)時(shí)英國(guó)文學(xué)社的女成員們常穿藍(lán)色襪子，由此用 blue stocking來(lái)借指有學(xué)問(wèn)有才華婦女。后來(lái)，bluestocking也用來(lái)指附庸風(fēng)雅或賣弄學(xué)問(wèn)的女人。

注：capital作形容詞有“一流的，極好的”之義

8. Confidence man 騙子

　　假英語(yǔ)：信得過(guò)的人 ×

注： confidence作形容詞有“欺騙的”之義

9. Dead president 美國(guó)鈔票(俚語(yǔ))

　　假英語(yǔ)：死了的總統(tǒng) ×

注：該詞的用法源于美元上的已故美國(guó)總統(tǒng)肖像，商販在街頭做交易時(shí)會(huì)用這個(gè)詞。

注：這個(gè)表達(dá)大多出現(xiàn)在美國(guó)，如果你在其他英語(yǔ)國(guó)家也這么問(wèn)，別人可能會(huì)直接理解為字面意思。類似的表達(dá)還有，Where can I powder my face?

33. What a shame! 多可惜，真遺憾!
