Don’t take everything so personally. Also, it’s ok if not everyone likes you.

不要覺得事事都針對(duì)你。還有，如果不是每個(gè)人都喜歡你，也沒關(guān)系。

You know better than your parents what career path is best for you.

你比你父母更清楚什么樣的職業(yè)道路最適合你。

Do not put your entire self-worth in the hands of one person aka your boss. Build relationships with people all over your company and most importantly in OTHER companies and industries so your network becomes your superpower. Also build an external personal brand.

不要把你的全部自我價(jià)值都交到一個(gè)人手里，也就是你的老板。與你公司的所有人建立關(guān)系，最重要的是與其他公司和行業(yè)的人建立關(guān)系，這樣你的人脈就會(huì)成為你的實(shí)力。同時(shí)建立一個(gè)在公司之外的個(gè)人品牌。

Stick with bosses who are mentors, and leave if they're not. Mentors will advocate for your success (which will help them succeed), and welcome your continued success even if/after you move on.
跟隨著能做你人生導(dǎo)師的老板，否則就離開。導(dǎo)師會(huì)支持你的成功（這將幫助他們成功），并歡迎你的持續(xù)成功，即使你不再跟隨他/她。
