《Let It Go》是華特迪士尼動(dòng)畫(huà)工作室的2013年動(dòng)畫(huà)電影《冰雪奇緣》的主題曲，由克里斯汀·安德森-洛佩茲和羅伯特·洛佩茲作曲作詞。在電影冰雪奇緣中，伊迪娜·門(mén)澤爾為主角艾莎配音并配唱，而收錄于《冰雪奇緣》官方音樂(lè)帶里是迪斯尼歌手黛米·洛瓦托版的《Let It Go》。

2014年3月2日晚，《Let It Go》獲得第86屆奧斯卡最佳原創(chuàng)歌曲獎(jiǎng)。今天我們來(lái)學(xué)唱這首歌的第一部分。
