對(duì)你的生活產(chǎn)生巨大影響的一件事是你的態(tài)度。至少有一項(xiàng)研究證明積極的態(tài)度可以真正延長(zhǎng)你的生命。在20世紀(jì)90年代，耶魯大學(xué)心理學(xué)家Becca Levy博士研究了了這一現(xiàn)象。她發(fā)現(xiàn)，那些對(duì)老齡化表現(xiàn)出積極態(tài)度的答案比那些沒(méi)有答案的人長(zhǎng)了6-7年。今天我們來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)一下積極的態(tài)度會(huì)對(duì)你生活哪些方面造成影響，以及如何才能擁有積極的思維。

These beliefs exist because you have learnt them, so that means you can unlearn them. That is great news! For example, you want to change your thinking and become more positive you can do so because you have learnt the skill of being negative. One of the most powerful ways to do this is to use self hypnosis. This is guaranteed to work because this is the same process you use to learn beliefs in the first place.
