Jenny was a little girl who always lowered her head because she didn't think she was beautiful enough all the time. One day she went to a shop to buy a green bow. The shopkeeper constantly praised she looked very beautiful with it. Though she didn't believe that, Jenny was so happy that she couldn't help raising her head. Jenny happened to meet her teacher when she went into the classroom. "Jenny, it's really beautiful when you raise your head, "said the teacher, patting her shoulder caressingly.
That day Jenny got the praise from many people. She thought it must be due to the bow. But when she looked in the mirror, there wasn't any bow on her head. She must have lost it when she went out of the shop and bumped against someone else.
Self-confidence is originally a kind of beauty, but many people care so much about their appearance that they lose a lot of joy. Poor or rich, fairy or plain as long as you raise your head. it can make you lovely.
詹妮是一個總愛低著頭的小女孩,她一直覺得自己長得不夠漂亮。有一天,她去商店買了一只綠色蝴蝶結,店主不斷贊美她戴上蝴蝶結很漂亮。盡管詹妮不信,但她還是挺高興,不由得揚起了頭。詹妮走進教室,迎面碰見了老師?！罢材?你揚起頭來真美!”老師愛撫地拍拍她的肩說。
那一天,她得到了許多人的贊美。她想一定是蝴蝶結的功勞。但是,她往鏡里一照,發(fā)現(xiàn)頭上根本沒有蝴蝶結,一定是走出商店時與人一碰弄丟了。
自信原本就是一種美麗,而很多人卻因為太在意外表而失去了許多快樂。無論是貧窮還是富有,無論是貌若天仙還是相貌平平,只要你揚起頭,就會使你變得可愛。
