肯德基(KentuckyFried Chicken，肯塔基州炸雞)，簡稱KFC，是美國跨國連鎖餐廳之一，也是世界第二大速食及最大炸雞連鎖企業(yè)，由哈蘭·山德士于1930年在肯塔基州路易斯維爾創(chuàng)建，主要出售炸雞、漢堡、薯條、蛋撻、汽水等高熱量快餐食品。

肯德基隸屬于百勝餐飲集團，并與百事可樂結成了戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟，固定銷售百事公司提供的碳酸飲料。

KFC operates more than 5,200 restaurants in the United States and more than 15,000 units around the world.” Apart from chicken, KFC serves more than 300 other products, including a salmon sandwich in Japan. KFC is part of Yum! Brands, Inc., the world's largest restaurant company. It has annual revenues in excess of $11 billion.
