貝拉克·侯賽因·奧巴馬(Barack Hussein Obama)，1961年8月4日出生，美國民主黨籍政治家，第44任美國總統(tǒng)，為美國歷史上第一位非洲裔總統(tǒng)。1991年，奧巴馬以優(yōu)等生榮譽從哈佛法學(xué)院畢業(yè)，而后在著名的芝加哥大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授憲法長達12年(1992年-2004年)。2007年2月10日，宣布參加2008年美國總統(tǒng)選舉。2008年11月4日正式當選為美國總統(tǒng)。

2009年10月9日，獲得諾貝爾委員會頒發(fā)的諾貝爾和平獎[1] 。2012年11月6日，第57屆美國總統(tǒng)大選中，奧巴馬擊敗共和黨候選人羅姆尼，成功連任。

貝拉克·侯賽因·奧巴馬于2014年11月10日至12日來華出席亞太經(jīng)合組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會議并對中國進行國事訪問。[2] 2014年12月，奧巴馬參加了由非盈利組織Code.org舉辦的編程大會。會上，奧巴馬熟練地習(xí)得一小段JavaScript代碼，并成功地畫出了一個正方形。使得他成為了美國史上首位會編程的總統(tǒng)。

2015年3月11日，貝拉克·侯賽因·奧巴馬在各國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人工資中，排名第一位。[3] 2015年5月，奧巴馬基金會確認“奧巴馬總統(tǒng)圖書館(Obama Presidential Library)”將落戶于他曾經(jīng)長期執(zhí)教的芝加哥大學(xué)[4-5] 。2015年10月，《彭博市場》公布了第五屆全球金融50大最具影響力人物，美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬排名第六。[6] 2015年11月4日，奧巴馬名列《福布斯》全球最有權(quán)力人物排行榜第三位。[7] 2015年12月22日，國際民調(diào)機構(gòu)蓋洛普調(diào)查稱，奧巴馬在最受歡迎的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人排名中名列第一。[8]

2016年5月7日，奧巴馬出席霍華德大學(xué)畢業(yè)典禮，獲得理學(xué)博士榮譽學(xué)位

Barack Obama is the 44 President of the United States of America. He is also the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. He made history in 2008 when he won the U.S. presidential election. He is the first African American to be President. Obama's charisma1, intelligence, and powerful speeches have made him extremely popular with many Americans. He has been very successful with his message for change.

Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961 to a black Kenyan father and white American mother. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man. Barack's family moved to Indonesia in 1967. He attended schools in Jakarta until he was ten years old, when he returned to Hawaii. Obama majored in political science and international relations at Columbia University in New York.

After four years in New York, Obama moved to Chicago. There, he worked as the director of a community project from 1985 to 1988. He entered Harvard Law School and became the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. Obama taught law at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years. He became an Illinois Senator in 1996.

In 2004, Obama was elected as a U.S. Senator. He supported legislation on conservation, energy, immigration and honest leadership. Obama is currently battling with serious issues such as the economy. He beat Mitt5 Romney to win a second term in office, despite a poor economy and high unemployment. He thanked voters by promising to spend his second term honoring their support, saying: "There's a lot more work to do."
