《戰(zhàn)狼2》刷新中國影史票房紀(jì)錄

Domestic action film Wolf Warrior 2 topped the box office in an unprecedented number, grossing 3.4 billion yuan (roughly $506 million) in just 13 days.

國產(chǎn)動作片《戰(zhàn)狼2》以前所未有的成績登頂票房榜榜首，在短短的13天內(nèi)，就將34億人民幣(約合5.06億美元)的票房收入囊中。

The movie, directed and starring action star Wu Jing, is now China`s top grossing film, breaking the record previously held by Steven Chow`s fantasy comedy The Mermaid.

如今，這部由動作明星吳京自導(dǎo)自演的電影成為了中國票房收入最高的電影，打破了周星馳的奇幻喜劇電影《美人魚》先前創(chuàng)下的票房紀(jì)錄。

Wolf Warrior 2 tells the story of a former Chinese Special Forces operative`s adventures journey to rescue compatriots and local friends in a war-torn region of Africa occupied by insurgents and mercenaries.

《戰(zhàn)狼2》講述了一名中國特種部隊(duì)前特工的冒險故事，他在被叛亂分子和雇傭兵占領(lǐng)的非洲戰(zhàn)亂地區(qū)，拯救同胞和當(dāng)?shù)睾糜选?/p>

The success of the film has surpassed the anticipations of all, including the production team.

這部電影的成功，超乎所有人的預(yù)料，包括整個制作團(tuán)隊(duì)。

"Yu Shizhi once said: `The audience is kind. They see all flaws, but don`t tell.` I will continue to work hard to shoot great films for Chinese viewers," said director Wu.

The movie is shattering records at astonishing speed. Single-day earnings exceeded 200 million yuan for more than 10 days, breaking new grounds for China`s box office records. The impetus has been strong right from start, as sales topped 1 billion yuan in just five days, 2billion in eight days and 3billion in 11 days, according to data released by Sina Entertainment.

該片以驚人的速度打破了票房紀(jì)錄。在十多天的時間里，《戰(zhàn)狼2》的單日票房都超過了2億元，創(chuàng)下了中國新的票房紀(jì)錄。新浪娛樂的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，電影票房的勢頭從一開始就很強(qiáng)勁，票房收入在短短5天內(nèi)就達(dá)到10億人民幣，8天破20億，11天破30億。

Wolf Warrior 2 and the previous record-holder The Mermaid were released in similar number of theaters and both recorded similar attendance in the first eight days of screening. However, starting from day nine, the number of ticket sales for The Mermaid began to fall, whereas that for Wolf Warrior 2 continued to grow.

《戰(zhàn)狼2》和先前的票房紀(jì)錄保持者《美人魚》上映院線的數(shù)量相仿，上映前八天的觀影人數(shù)也相差無幾。然而，從第九天開始，《美人魚》的票房收入有所下降，而《戰(zhàn)狼2》的票房仍在持續(xù)飆升。

Despite kung fu being a familiar element in Chinese films, military action had a large void to fill in China`s film market. Prior to Wolf Warrior 2, the highest earning action film in China was action comedy Kung Fu Yoga (2017) starring Jackie Chan, which earned 1.75 billion yuan. The box office record for out-and-out military action was held by Operation Mekong (2016) with 1.18 billion yuan in ticket sales.

功夫元素在中國電影中并不少見，然而軍事動作片在中國電影市場中卻很稀缺。在《戰(zhàn)狼2》之前，中國票房收入最高的動作電影是成龍主演的喜劇動作片《功夫瑜伽》(2017)，共獲得17.5億人民幣的票房成績。而此前軍事動作片的票房紀(jì)錄則由拿下了11.8億人民幣票房的《湄公河行動》 (2016) 保持。
