One day Glumdalclitch left me alone in her bedroom while she visited some of the ladies.It was awarm day，and her window was open.I was in the box which I used as my bedroom，with thedoor open.Suddenly I heard the noise of an animal jumping through the window，andimmediately I hid at the back of my box.The monkey，which appeared huge to me，very soondiscovered my hiding-place He picked me up，and held me close to him like a baby.

反過來對人民卻頤指氣使，看不起平民，認為他們比自己低級。佛林奈浦有才能和本領(lǐng)，但卻不將此運用到正途上來，沒有為百姓做多少好事。
