波特(約翰•卓佛塔配音)絕非一只普通的狗。在被女孩佩妮(麥莉•賽勒斯配音)帶回家后，波特被她的父親改造成一只“超級(jí)閃電狗”。它有強(qiáng)化的骨骼、風(fēng)馳電掣的速度、無窮的力量。它要和佩妮一起去拯救被“綠眼人”綁架的父親。波特靠著它的力量，戰(zhàn)勝了無數(shù)強(qiáng)敵。
